We are here to help when you get ripped off, mistreated, or let down by an organisation.
We often step in when your own attempts to complain have failed, or when you don’t
feel confident (or don’t have time) to complain yourself.
Please contact us with your case for a free, no-obligation assessment of your circumstances.
We’ll give you our honest feelings about the strength of your argument, and if you
want us to we’ll write to the organisation on your behalf.
Often, when businesses realise that you have a specialist third party representing
you, this is enough for them to put things right. Sometimes we may need to correspond
with the business on your behalf to confirm a few more details or negotiate - we
will do this for you.
If the organisation doesn’t budge, we can complete the necessary paperwork for you
for the County Court, the Ombusdman for that industry, or alternative dispute resolution
services. In some cases, we can also mediate directly for you.
We can’t represent you in court, but we can prepare all aspects of your case to hand
back over to you or a solicitor.
After our initial small fee, we usually work on a no-win-no-fee basis. This means
that you’re not shelling out again up front, potentially making your problem worse!
We usually collect compensation on your behalf and will pay you after taking our
fee, but in some cases the company may pay you directly or offer benefits in kind
- in this case we will invoice you for payment within 14 days of you receiving your
